If you’d like to attend kung fu training at the academy, please fill out the following application form.

Pay Deposite
You need to pay a $100 deposit in advance to secure your room reservation. This deposit will later be applied toward your school fees.
Confirmation
We will contact you with the information you provided in the form in step 1 (making sure they are valid). We will help you get ready for your trip.
