First 72 Hours: European Kung Fu Beginners Experience at Our Academy

Three days ago, they landed in China with stiff suitcases and stiffer backs. Now? Their legs burn from 5:30 am training, their chopsticks still slip… but for the first time, they can feel the energy of ‘qi’ flowing. Here’s how total beginners transform in our kung fu crucible.

After a long flight from Europe to Shanghai, two wide-eyed students boarded the bullet train to Yingtan, their backpacks stuffed with essentials and excitement. As urban skyscrapers faded into misty mountains, they knew their real journey was just beginning—when our school van finally met them at the station, winding through hidden roads toward the fog-draped peaks of Longhushan.
