What Is Taichi and How It Fits a Busy Life

Taichi is a traditional Chinese martial art with slow movements, deep breathing, and mental focus. At SJF Kung Fu School, we teach authentic Taichi to students from around the world. Master Shen Jiangfei leads our school. He is a descendant of Liuhe Quan and the 11th-generation inheritor of Chen-style Taichi. Our international students come from Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Austria, the United States, Libya, the Philippines, and more.
