This summer camp is an intensive, short-term practical training program. Eschewing leisurely or wellness-oriented approaches, it focuses on the standardized, practical application of the authentic Shaolin *Liuhe Quan* (Six Harmonies Fist) system. Specialized training centers on core Shaolin principles, with a scientifically paced schedule tailored to summer weather conditions—avoiding peak midday heat while emphasizing physical endurance, refining offensive and defensive techniques, and perfecting martial arts posture. All training, performance reviews, and recovery activities take place on-site, catering to the core needs of international students seeking a systematic introduction, self-defense skills, and authentic form mastery.
Duration and Curriculum: The camp runs throughout July and August, allowing students to customize the duration of their stay based on their schedules and learning goals. The curriculum follows a four-stage progression: "Foundation & Posture Setting" → "Form Refinement" → "Practical Application & Deconstruction" → "Integration & Completion." Instructors tailor the training mix—balancing stance work, forms, combat drills, and theoretical review—to the student's actual duration of attendance, accommodating needs ranging from short-term introductory experiences to systematic skill refinement and in-depth study.

This summer camp is a short-term, high-intensity, practical training program. We reject casual, leisure-style "wellness" teaching, and instead focus entirely on the standardized implementation of the authentic Shaolin Liuhe Quan (Six Harmony Boxing) combat system. The curriculum revolves around the core internal principles of Shaolin kung fu, with a scientifically tailored training rhythm designed for summer weather—avoiding the midday heat, building physical endurance, polishing offensive and defensive techniques, and correcting martial arts posture. All training, review, and recovery take place within the camp, perfectly matching the core needs of international students looking for a short-term systematic introduction, practical self-defense skills, and standardized, authentic kung fu forms.
The camp runs throughout July and August. Students can customize their training duration based on their vacation schedules and learning goals. The curriculum follows a four-stage training logic: "Foundation & Posture Shaping → Full Routine Refining → Practical Combat Dissection → Integration & Graduation." Coaches will personalize the ratio of stance work (Zhuang Gong), routine forms (Taolu), combat application, and internal review based on the student's actual days of attendance, making it suitable for short-term experiences, systematic advancement, or long-term deep training.
1. One-on-One Posture & Movement Refining
Coaches will dissect every movement—body mechanics, footwork, hand positions, power delivery (Jing Li), breathing, and focus (Eyesight). For zero-basis beginners, coaches will correct posture and bad power habits to prevent form deformation. Every single movement aligns strictly with authentic Shaolin standards, quickly building a standardized, combat-ready martial arts framework in a short period.
2. Combat-Focused: Dual Cultivation of Internal and External Six Harmonies
Distinguished from wellness-oriented Tai Chi systems, our core curriculum centers around the essence of Shaolin Liuhe Quan, deeply cultivating the "Three Internal Harmonies and Three External Harmonies." We focus on practical combat techniques such as close-quarters blocking, grappling (Qin Na), striking, and advancing/retreating footwork, while simultaneously training physical coordination, explosive power, and balance. It not only refines martial arts posture but also equips teenagers with practical self-defense skills, meeting their needs for physical fitness and self-protection.
3. Scientific Summer Training Mode: Stay Cool, Stay Safe, Maximize Gains
Perfectly adapted to hot summer weather, we optimize daily training hours to completely avoid midday sun and heat. We adopt a "Segmented Training + High-Frequency Stretching + Breath Regulation & Rest" model, supported by specialized summer sports injury prevention and joint care protocols. This ensures that while undergoing high-intensity combat training, students effectively avoid heatstroke, muscle/bone strain, and physical exhaustion, improving their martial arts foundation scientifically and efficiently.
Graduation Certification: We support flexible training durations. Whether it is a 7-day short-term experience or a full-month systematic training camp, corresponding stage evaluations and graduation assessments are established. Scoring is based on the authentic Liuhe Quan Manual standards, tracking and recording the student's growth in posture, movements, and combat capability throughout the journey.
