I. Core Preliminary Course Explanation

This course continues all established rules from the previous 90-day program: four-dimensional 1-on-1 customization (age / physical foundation / martial arts foundation / Jincheng's four-season climate) and fixed weekends off. It actively supplements internal Qi regulation, advanced stance training (Zhuang Gong), breakdown of routines and force delivery, and Liuhe internal/external integration mental techniques, perfectly adapting to the long-term immersive refinement needs of foreign students.

Learning Sequence
  • Month 1-4: Chen-style 74-Form Tai Chi Routine 1 (Orthodox Old Frame from Chenjiagou)

  • Month 4-5: Chen-style Tai Chi Routine 2 Pao Chui

  • Month 5-6: Shaolin Liuhe Quan

Monthly Evaluation & Adjustments

A physical re-evaluation is conducted monthly. Routine progress is individually adjusted based on joint flexibility, cardiopulmonary status, and physical strain.

Jincheng Seasonal Adaptations

Spring: Prevent wind and reduce leaping; Summer: Stagger training to early morning/late evening; Autumn: Strengthen joint care; Winter: Shorten morning low-temperature training duration.

II. Core Features

1. Move-by-Move 1-on-1 Error Correction

Covers movement names, body posture requirements, silk-reeling energy essentials, common mistakes, and breath coordination. Distinct from fragmented teaching, every move achieves a five-dimensional unity of body form, hand form, footwork, internal breath, and gaze. Coaches check and correct move-by-move against the manual daily to eliminate movement distortion.

2. Tai Chi Softness + Liuhe Rigidity Integration

Chen-style Routine 1 focuses on softness, dredging meridians, and improving posture; Routine 2 focuses on rigidity, training springing explosive power and close-quarters striking; Shaolin Liuhe Quan focuses on internal/external integration, footwork attack/defense, and grappling. The three sets complement each other to fulfill internal nourishment, external expression, and self-defense needs. Coupled with weekend acupuncture to specifically repair long-term martial arts strain.

3. 180-Day Phased Closed-Loop Assessment

Six phased assessments are meticulously scheduled at the 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180-day marks. Each assessment is rigorously scored against the original orthodox manual, comprehensively evaluating four major indicators: single-move standardization, full-routine coherence, force application, and breath coordination, paired with a complete manual review.

Highlights

  • Move-by-Move Personalized Correction: Daily manual-based checks ensure precise tracking of movement names, body posture, silk-reeling energy, and breath coordination to achieve a unified form and eliminate errors.
  • Softness and Rigidity Integration: The curriculum blends gentle meridian-dredging movements with explosive close-quarters striking and practical grappling, successfully covering internal nourishment, external expression, and comprehensive self-defense.
  • Targeted Restorative Care: Complementing the rigorous physical demands, specialized weekend acupuncture sessions are integrated to specifically repair long-term martial arts strain and enhance bodily recovery.
  • Six-Stage Closed-Loop Evaluation: Rigorous phased assessments at thirty-day intervals evaluate single-move standardization, full-routine coherence, force application, and breath coordination to guarantee authentic technical mastery.
